The EGKA is a non profit making organisation devoted to teaching traditional karate to the highest standards and is a founder member of the International Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate-do Federation (IOGKF).

The EGKA is headed by Sensei Ernie Molyneux 7th Dan which is in turn governed by the IOGKF and led by Sensei Morio Higaonna 9th Dan.

The EGKA was formed in 1979 and has many dojos throughout the UK

In addition to regular dojo training classes, the EGKA conducts seminars and special training courses for all students as well as a continious training program for advanced students and instructors.
