Welcome to the Stubbington Karate Academy web site.

The site is not only for members of the Dojo but a brief overview of the Academy and what it has to offer beginners to Karate.

We look forward to teaching students a traditional Martial Art and are rewarded by seeing them benefit from the many benefits that training has to offer.

We aim to teach students to develop these fundamental karate principles:

Independant studies have shown that Goju Ryu Karate improves mental focus, increases attention span and also makes children more aware and alert as well as developing effective self defence skills that can be carried through life.
